
Now that we have corrected the patterns (see previous post), we’re ready to use them to cut out our frames for the boat. It’s a straightforward and repetitive process.
- Trace the pattern outline onto the stock.

Do a rough cut out on the bandsaw.

Hot glue the pattern to the rough cut stock.

Using a pattern bit in the router table, cut an exact duplicate of the pattern shape in the frame stock.
Easy as pie!
